Song Rights
We make your custom song for you, and we want you to enjoy it freely. Here’s how that works in plain language.
Your $197 includes a personal license to use and distribute your song — play it, gift it, post it, and share it freely. It does not include the right to sell the song or use it commercially. Your song is an original work registered for proof of authorship; Songwright Productions retains the copyright and grants you this clear, written license. Every commission ships with a one-page agreement warranting the song is 100% original with no uncleared samples.
Add a full-ownership buyout for just $200 more ($397 total). With the buyout you own your song outright — you can sell it, license it, broadcast it, and use it commercially, with no restrictions. Choose it right on the order form, or ask us any time and we’ll put it in writing before delivery.
We only feature a finished song on our website or examples with your permission. You choose that on your order, and you can change your mind any time.
Every Songwright song is written, composed & produced by (Tony) Anthony P. Paris — an original work composed for your commission and registered for proof of authorship.
